Select individuals: Screening will be extensive. Student accepted will be required to complete certain task ie community service, pro bono work
if a church sponsors a student, the student will, in turn, help that ministry out for a period of time.
* Can look into possibly starting a ministry membership where they will have access to teaching tools, professional choir set up help, and musician link.
